Kontena Nasional BHD inks MOU with Gerimis Baiduri Sdn Bhd

Petaling Jaya, 12th January 2011 - Kontena Nasional Berhad (KNB) and Gerimis Baiduri Sdn Bhd, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today to mark a strategic collaboration between Malaysia’s first JAKIM-Halal certified logistics provider (KNB) and the cold transportation specialist (Gerimis Baiduri).

The MoU was signed by KNB Chief Executive Office, Hood Osman and Gerimis Baiduri Director, Wan Zahari Wan Abd Rahman.

The signing of the MOU was witnessed by NCB Holdings Bhd Managing Director, Dato’ Dr Abdul Samad Mohamed and Gerimis Baiduri Managing Director, Dato’ T.S. Liew.

Also present at the signing ceremony were clients from both companies and media representatives.
