A Splashing Good Time with Ipoh Kids

About 60 children from various charity homes in Ipoh were feted on Monday 25 April 2011 at MK Land with Hi Tea and other goodies. The children were also delighted by the presence of a clown who with a clever twist of wrists, came up with a surprising number of stylish balloons. The children, being themselves also couldn’t resist from splashing at the pool especially in seeking solace from the scorching sun.

The CSR event held at MK Land close to the Company’s Ipoh branch, was held in conjunction with the MSAM (Minggu Saham Amanah Malaysia) which was being held in Ipoh for the first time. CEO En. Hood Osman, who gave away the financial contributions to the three homes, ie Rumah Anak Yatim Nurul Huda, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Hawa dan Salvation Army Boys Home, was touched by the children’s plight and pledged to continue doing similar charity projects on a regular basis.

Present at the event were the senior management team from KL and officers from the Ipoh Branch.
