Dato’ Mohd Nazrul Izam bin Mansor is appointed as Chairman on 1 March 2026. 

Dato’ Nazrul Mansor is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer, MMC Corporation Berhad.

Dato’ Nazrul brings with him a distinguished record of transformative leadership across major government-linked corporations and private-sector organisations, underpinned by a strong commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) excellence. Throughout his tenure as Group Chief Executive Officer of FGV Holdings Berhad and previously as Chief Executive Officer of FELCRA Berhad, he championed comprehensive sustainability reforms that strengthened governance frameworks, enhanced responsible sourcing and traceability standards, improved operational productivity across large plantation assets, and uplifted rural and smallholder communities nationwide. He led complex remediation and stakeholder engagement initiatives, reinforced transparency and ethical practices, and aligned operations with global sustainability benchmarks—demonstrating that commercial resilience and social responsibility can advance hand in hand.

Dato’ Nazrul is widely recognised for advocating sustainability as a strategic imperative rather than a compliance obligation. His focus areas include carbon governance, biodiversity protection, responsible land management, digital transformation, operational excellence, and long-term stakeholder value creation. He firmly believes that sustainability and profitability are mutually reinforcing, guided by the principle that “sustainability comes first, and profits and growth will follow.”

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong governance, ethical leadership, and a forward-looking approach grounded in environmental stewardship, digital innovation, and people development. His leadership philosophy aligns closely with MMC Group’s ambition to strengthen its ESG credentials while expanding responsibly across infrastructure, ports, logistics, energy and industrial developments.

Asyraf Suhaimi Sulaiman was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 July 2020.

Asyraf Sulaiman is the Group Chief Financial Officer of MMC Corporation Berhad (MMC). In addition to Group Finance, he is also responsible for Group Treasury, Group Strategy & Investments, Group Risk & Integrity Management and Information System Department. He joined MMC in June 2020 as Head, Group Strategy & Investments Division, later elevated to the role of Group Chief Strategy Officer.

Asyraf’s corporate experience has focused on the fields of investment, corporate finance, and strategy with several notable companies, namely Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Ranhill Holdings Berhad.

Asyraf holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance (BSc) from the London School of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and has attended the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program, Harvard Business School.

Asyraf currently sits on the Board of Johor Port Berhad, MMC Engineering Group Berhad, Aliran Ihsan Resources Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Kontena Nasional Berhad, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd and several private limited companies.
